Arc System Works, Marvel Games, and PlayStation Studios have officially completed the launch roster for Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls, confirming all 20 playable characters that will be available when the highly anticipated 4v4 tag-team fighter launches on August 6 for PlayStation 5 and PC. The final reveal came during EVO 2026, where the developers also introduced the fifth and final team, bringing together several fan-favorite Marvel characters.

The newly announced squad, Samurai Outriders, consists of Blade, Deadpool, Loki, and Ghost Rider (Robbie Reyes). They join four previously revealed teams to complete the launch lineup. The full roster now includes Storm, Magik, Wolverine, Danger, Spider-Man, Ms. Marvel, Star-Lord, Peni Parker, Captain America, Iron Man, Black Panther, Hulk, Doctor Doom, Magneto, Green Goblin, Carnage, Blade, Deadpool, Loki, and Ghost Rider. Every team is designed around a distinct combat style, encouraging players to experiment with different combinations and team synergies.

Alongside the roster reveal, Arc System Works confirmed that an open beta will begin on July 24 for both PS5 and PC. The beta will feature Blade as a newly playable character, additional stages, and expanded game modes, giving players another opportunity to experience the fast-paced 4v4 combat system before launch. Built with rollback netcode and featuring cross-platform online play, Marvel Tōkon aims to become one of the year's biggest competitive fighting games.

With its complete roster finally unveiled, Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls is entering the final stretch before release. Combining Marvel's iconic heroes and villains with Arc System Works' signature anime-inspired visuals and deep fighting mechanics, the game is shaping up to be one of 2026's most anticipated fighting titles. The confirmation of all 20 launch fighters gives fans plenty of time to choose their dream four-character team before the action begins on August 6.
