Call of Duty Season 5 Is Almost Here — Activision Unveils Huge Black Ops 7 and Warzone Update
Activision has officially revealed Season 5 for Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 and Call of Duty: Warzone, confirming one of the biggest content drops of the year. Launching on July 23, the new season introduces multiplayer maps, Zombies content, new weapons, Battle Pass rewards, limited-time events, and major Warzone updates, giving players plenty of reasons to jump back into the action.

One of the biggest highlights is the new Jubilee multiplayer map, set in a rural Japanese town designed for fast-paced close-quarters combat. Season 5 also expands the Zombies experience with a brand-new Survival map at launch, while the mid-season update will conclude the current Zombies storyline with a climactic battle against the Warden. Alongside the new maps, players can unlock additional weapons, Operators, cosmetic items, and gameplay challenges through the latest Battle Pass.
Warzone is receiving its own major refresh with the addition of the Drone Labs point of interest on Verdansk, new limited-time modes, fresh events, and gameplay adjustments aimed at shaking up the battle royale experience. Activision is also introducing new Endgame assignments, seasonal rewards, and balance changes across both multiplayer and Warzone to keep the meta evolving throughout the season.
With new maps, Zombies content, Warzone additions, weapons, and a full Battle Pass arriving together, Season 5 is shaping up to be one of the most content-packed updates Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 has received since launch. As Modern Warfare 4 approaches later this year, Activision appears determined to keep Black Ops 7 and Warzone thriving with a steady stream of fresh content and community events.
