Milestone has announced that Hot Wheels Infinite Rush will arrive sooner than expected, moving its release date forward by two weeks. Originally scheduled to launch on September 24, the arcade racer will now hit PC and consoles on September 10. The surprise announcement was accompanied by a new gameplay trailer that highlights the game's colorful open-world environments and gives players a closer look at the high-speed action waiting at launch.

The latest trailer showcases the four interconnected islands that make up the world of Hot Wheels Infinite Rush. Players will race through the urban streets of Wheelswood, the coastal scenery of Tentacle Bay, the industrial landscapes of Gearville, and the neon-inspired Drifty Temples. Each location features unique events, hidden collectibles, stunt challenges, and exploration opportunities beyond traditional races, encouraging players to roam freely while expanding their collection of more than 150 Hot Wheels vehicles.

Unlike previous entries in the series, Hot Wheels Infinite Rush places a stronger emphasis on open-world gameplay. Alongside competitive races, players can complete skill challenges, discover secret areas, earn rewards, and unlock new cars suited to different driving styles. Milestone has also confirmed a campaign featuring rival Rush Squads, giving players additional objectives as they progress through the game's interconnected regions.

The earlier release date means fans won't have to wait as long to jump behind the wheel. Hot Wheels Infinite Rush launches on September 10 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, PC, and ROG Xbox Ally devices.
