Arc System Works has released a brand-new character guide trailer for Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls, putting Ms. Marvel (Kamala Khan) in the spotlight. The latest gameplay showcase highlights her unique elastic fighting style, revealing a highly mobile character capable of chaining long combo strings, performing rapid movement techniques, and finishing opponents with her spectacular Embiggen Ultimate Attack. The trailer offers the clearest look yet at how one of Marvel's most popular modern heroes will play when the game launches this August.

Unlike traditional close-range fighters, Ms. Marvel uses her stretching abilities to control space in creative ways. She can extend her limbs to strike from unexpected angles, quickly pull herself toward opponents to continue combos, or instantly retreat to avoid incoming attacks. Her unique mobility also enhances her assist abilities, making her an excellent partner in the game's 4v4 tag-team combat system and allowing players to build fast, fluid offensive combinations.

The trailer's biggest highlight is Kamala's signature Embiggen Ultimate, where she dramatically enlarges her fists before unleashing a series of crushing attacks that deal massive damage. The move can also be incorporated into the game's cinematic Tōkon Assemble mechanic, allowing teammates to chain spectacular finishers together during decisive moments of a match. Combined with her speed and flexibility, Ms. Marvel appears to be one of the roster's strongest combo-oriented characters.

Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls launches on August 6, 2026, for PlayStation 5 and PC. Developed by Arc System Works, the game features a launch roster of 20 Marvel heroes and villains, fast-paced anime-inspired visuals, rollback netcode, and an innovative 4v4 team battle system. With character showcases continuing ahead of release, excitement for the upcoming fighting game continues to grow as players get a closer look at each member of its diverse roster.
