Assetto Corsa Rally Update 0.5 Goes Live With Greece Stages, Online Multiplayer, and Major Physics Overhaul
505 Games, Supernova Games Studios, and KUNOS Simulazioni have released Assetto Corsa Rally Update 0.5, delivering the biggest content update since the racing simulator entered Early Access. The new patch introduces the long-awaited online multiplayer mode, two laser-scanned rally stages set in Greece, and a comprehensive overhaul of the game's physics system, marking a major step toward the title's full release.

The highlight of the update is the addition of the iconic Rally Greece location, featuring the legendary Loutraki and Elatia special stages. Together, they offer 12 route variations across more than 22 kilometers of laser-scanned roads inspired by the World Rally Championship. Players can also enjoy new Rally Weekend presets, additional event groups, and fresh snow challenges for existing locations, significantly expanding the game's single-player content.
Version 0.5 also marks the debut of online multiplayer. Players can now create public or private lobbies for up to 16 drivers, customize weather conditions, vehicle restrictions, and stage selection, or join official developer-hosted servers. Alongside multiplayer, the update introduces one of the most significant technical revisions to date, including a redesigned tire model, improved surface interaction, enhanced force feedback, more realistic gravel behavior, and numerous handling refinements aimed at delivering a more authentic rally driving experience.
Since launching in Early Access, Assetto Corsa Rally has steadily evolved through regular updates, and Version 0.5 represents its most ambitious milestone so far. By combining new rally stages, online competition, and deeper vehicle physics, the update strengthens the simulator's position as one of the most promising rally racing titles on PC. With additional features already planned for future Early Access updates, the road toward Version 1.0 continues to gain momentum.
