Atlus has released a brand-new character trailer for Persona 4 Revival, putting the spotlight on the game's silent protagonist ahead of the highly anticipated remake's launch. The latest video offers a fresh look at the updated character model, modernized animations, and several story moments, while reaffirming the visual overhaul that the classic RPG has received in its new incarnation.

The trailer introduces the protagonist as a second-year high school student who moves to the quiet rural town of Inaba after being sent to live with his uncle due to his parents' work overseas. As in the original game, his seemingly ordinary school life soon becomes intertwined with the mysterious Midnight Channel and a string of unexplained murders, setting the stage for one of the Persona series' most beloved stories. Atlus also confirmed that the protagonist will once again be voiced by Nazeeh Tarsha in English and Daisuke Namikawa in Japanese.

Beyond showcasing the main character, the trailer highlights Persona 4 Revival's upgraded presentation. Fans get another glimpse of the remake's enhanced lighting, redesigned environments, improved facial animations, and refined battle sequences, all rebuilt using technology comparable to Persona 3 Reload. Atlus has emphasized that the remake aims to preserve the heart of the original while introducing modern visuals, quality-of-life improvements, and updated gameplay systems for both returning players and newcomers.

Persona 4 Revival is scheduled to launch on February 18, 2027, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC, with day-one Xbox Game Pass support already confirmed. The protagonist trailer marks the beginning of a new series of character showcases expected in the coming months, giving fans a closer look at the Investigation Team before Atlus begins its final marketing campaign ahead of release.
